Igniting Spirit Workshops
After decades of healing, training, education, initiations, ceremonies, and experience, I bring an open heart, open mind, and deep listening to my circles. My offerings are intended to provide a safe container for healing and self-exploration and self-growth.
Igniting Spirit classes intend to assist students on their paths to Ascension. These workshops provide an opportunity to play, explore, discover, and strengthen your relationship to Self and other. Learning is a process of remembering.
Note: Hybrid Format - Igniting Spirit Workshops are available online, remotely, and locally. Currently, many workshops are presented in a Hybrid format. This means that you can be in person or on Zoom, the choice is yours, and is determined by your location and mine during the scheduled class times. We will have participants in circle, physically and/or virtually, during each class.
Igniting the Hero Within
Weaving imagination, storytelling, shamanic tools, depth psychology, and mythology, we will explore our own personal human-ness with help from the Archetypes, the Elements, and the Nature Spirits.

This workshop is based on the Medicine Wheel; a cross-cultural tool that can assist you in gaining insight and understanding into who you are and why you are here.
Igniting Aspects of Your Whole Self
We will focus on opportunities to heal, recognize, mature, love, integrate, and connect with the healthy aspects of the Ego, and opportunities it provides for growth and self-awareness.
IGNITING the Gifts of Being Human
The practice of journeying to non-ordinary reality to access information and healing is a human birthright. In this workshop you will learn about frequencies of energy and how to journey with a drum and a rattle.

Drum Making
The use of the drum for ritual and ceremony dates back to ancient times. The beat is likened to the beat of our mother’s heart while in the womb, and the rhythm of the earth. Making a drum is a sacred act.
