Extraction
Extractions remove lower frequency energies from your physical body, chakras, and auric fields. Extractions are most commonly performed using a drum or rattle. They may be done as a part of the cleansing and clearing in preparation for a Soul Retrieval Ceremony, or they may be performed on their own.
An extraction is done to remove any intruding energy. Extracting this energy and restoring your energy matrix to its healthy, natural state promotes feelings of wholeness and happiness, thus healing ourselves and our world.

Hello there Friend and Healer! Just wanted to give you a little update on what’s been going on with me since our Friday session. The first thing I noticed when I woke up yesterday was that a huge amount of tension in my body is gone. Didn’t even know it was there, but it’s gone. The other biggie is that about 80% of the internal chatter in my head is gone. There’s still stuff swirling around in there, but it’s all pretty normal and peaceful.
