Igniting the Gifts of Being Human
This year we will delve into the realms of the Mind, Body, and Spirit
Mind - with gentle, compassionate self-evaluation we will explore the Ego/ego and understand the power of our Thoughts & Beliefs
Body - by working with the Elements and Nature, we will reclaim our health and wholeness
Spirit/Soul - we will delve into the teachings of Ascension and remember who we are in our brilliant, authentic Selves by understanding and managing our Frequencies of Vibration
Duration: Monthly for 12 months (3 hour sessions)
Cost: The cost of this workshop is a sliding scale $120 to $210 per month (multiple course discounts available) Please understand that you are responsible for the entire class fee regardless of attendance.

Being human is complicated. As we move through this dimension, we are in a process of remembering who we are, why we came, and what tools we have access to that assist in our journey. Those tools are based in daily practice and include: the Shamanic Journey, understanding our relationship with the “unseen” realms, setting intentions, creating ritual, and listening.
Topics include:
Identifying and understanding the Ego/ego
Thoughts, Emotions, Presence and Awareness
Reality, Truth, Resistance, and the Pain Body
Breathe, Mindfulness and Manifestation
Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Sacred Space
Stones, Earthing, and remembering your Inter-relatedness with Nature
Listening to the Temple of our Souls
Build, Assess, and Transmit our Light
