Extractions

Extractions are a shamanic technique for removing lower frequency energies from your physical body, chakras, and auric fields. Extractions are most commonly performed using a drum or rattle, and may be a part of the soul retrieval process, or performed on their own.

Cord Cutting

The sharing and exchange of energy between beings may create a connection, or a cord, between the two individuals. The connection can be one-sided or two-sided, and may or may not present issues. We may have cords to family, close friends, even geographic locations.

The existence of cords contributes to energy loss, pain, fear, and unhealthy relationships. Cutting those cords does not mean the end of a relationship or connection, it simply means you are releasing unhealthy, dysfunctional connections. This healing work is done on a spiritual, energetic level.

Power Animal Discovery and Retrieval

Another form of caring for the soul takes the form of Power Animal Retrieval. In shamanic cultures it is believed that each person has one or more power animals that accompany them through life. These power animals play a role in protecting, guiding, teaching, and strengthening the individual as they walk on this human path.

The shamanic practitioner retrieves the power animal by traveling to non-ordinary reality and working with the spirits to discover, locate, and return with the client's power animal.
